This lesbian judge has her own hidden agenda's, and must not be allowed to preside nor rule over controversial cases such as divorce/custody, since this lesbian repeatedly has demonstrated herself either as unwilling, or exists as unable to sustain gender neutrality when it comes to war between exe, why is it men who appear before her always loose against the compelling weight of evidenced being produced? This judge for too long has denied too many male litigants or lessor knowing individuals from due process, makes her corrupt

Someone needs to investigate the way she runs family law court. She has no regard for the law, only her own agenda.
She refused to excuse herself from the court even though before our trial she was the Judge and found in favor for one of the opposing parties' witnesses, thereby establishing a prior relationship with this witness in a positive light. Judge Wright then would not allow us to submit evidence that proved the witness was committing perjury.
She knew the mother's mother was in a hospice, her impending death any moment, yet she refused to allow any kind of postponement or to allow the grandmother to testify over the phone or some other means so she could be heard as a subpoenaed witness.
Yet she postponed 2 extra days so the father could return from vacation because he forgot to return on time.
She removed a still-nursing baby, that was perfectly safe, from his mother without giving the baby time to ween off his nursing, then would not let this baby or his 3 year old sister see their mother but for 48 hours a month for the length of a year. All visits were weekend visits, so obviously she knew the children were safe. Yet she wouldn't allow the mother to see them during theweek. She also did not order phone conversations, so the father would not allow them to talk to their mom on the phone during the week. She was allowed her 48 hours with her children, no more.
Judge Wright's only complaint was that she didn't like the mother's business even though it was a a licensed business, taxes paid. Cynthia Wright does what she wants, when she wants irregardless of the law.
She ordered the husband to have a psych exam then an alcohol and drug blood/hair follicle test within 60 days. He waited 6 months and 7 months respectively and she did nothing to reprimand him for his direct Contempt.
He paid child support late. She allowed it. The court room was a mockery of a court, no rhyme or reason; she allowed any party to call up a witness whenever they wanted, leaving no place for proper courtroom protocol. You would gasp if you saw the final trail transcript.
She reversed her decision and granted the mother a whole new trial. So the father kidnapped the children and fled for another state. She found him in Contempt & ordered him to return the children to their mother immediately, yet did nothing to punish him. Instead she gave him time to return to the state and re-establish himself before having the final trial.
She rewarded the felon (kidnapping and crossing state lines with a child IS federal offense and a felony in GA) with join custody, cut his child support obligation in half and then burdened the mother who has 1/5 his income, to pay for ALL day care and afterschool care expenses, even though she herself didn't need the services, only the father did. She is markedly biased and it didn't matter who testified, what evidence was presented or who
She also ordered the mother to pay for half of everything medical. She ordered no dental, vision or life insurance for the children.
She did not follow state guidelines for child support, which are very clear and concise in the GA Code. She made up what she wanted. No one is quite sure where she made up the figures from, but they are not accurate. She counted foodstamps as income. They aren't. They are supplemental emergency assistance for those under poverty levels. She took no consideration for the child born to the mother from a previous marriage and had sole custody over. She makes the rules up as she goes along.
Her clerk charged a rush fee and promised a transcript in 15 days but didn't send it for 7 months. She doesn't follow GA code for Child support orders. She allows criminals, that she finds in contempt of court for kidnapping their own children children & crossing state lines thereby breaking Federal Laws to get joint custody and charge.
She rushes us in everything we said or did. She told us we needed to hurry and get it over with. On a 5day trial??
I know at least 4 other people who can tell nearly the exact same story and it sounds nearly identical.
What made it identical was The Dishonorable Cynthia D. Wright, Judge. Fulton County Superior Court. Atlanta, GA.
She is gay and has no children and has no idea how to raise them, discipline them or what is in their best interest.
The Pediatrician who had treated these children for several years came to testify in regards to their welfare so Judge Wright ordered the mother to find a new pediatric practice just because the doctor, who has testified at other custody trials, came to court.
It takes a long time to establish trust and report between a doctor, children and the parents and Judge Wright took no care or concern to it. Even the father wanted the children to remain at the same practice and Judge Wright only cared about her own thoughts, never about what is right for the children. She didn't care about the psychological damage yanking a nursing baby from his mother without weening could cause & she didn't care who gave the children medical care. Cynthia Wright is a terror and a horror of a being.
RUN! Get a Jury. DO NOT ALLOW THIS WOMAN TO MAKE A DECISION FOR YOUR LIFE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. She was shot by her own ex-lover, which is where I can imagine her strong hatred and vendetta against women comes from and it is clear sees injured women as the perpetrator in all things gone wrong. I can certainly understand why her ex-girlfriend shot her. It is quite clear that she needs psychiatric help.
What I know for certain is that this woman does NOT belong on a Judge's Bench making decisions regarding family court or domestic violence issues, being the victim of one herself.
I have sat on the Jury as Forman for other Fulton Country Superior Court Judges, and she can't hold a candle to the professionalism shown by the other Fulton Judges.

Judge Wright is an excellent judge. She knows the law extremely well and applies it fairly. Regardless of whether she rules in favor of my client, I understand her analysis and thought process. She always places the needs of the children and the relationship of their parents in the forefront of her thoughts. Her decisions are well reasoned and clearly written. Our justice system would be in a much better place were all judges to practice with the integrity of Judge Wright.

It appears that there are a few disgruntled litigants who have caused this excellent judge's rating to go down. Clearly they are dissatisfied with the results of their case and angry with Judge Wright. While they are certainly entitled to their feelings, it is unfair to base a rating solely on a single case. I have appeared before Judge Wright numerous times. She is always well-prepared, she has an excellent grasp on this issues, and she is an expert on family law.

If my court case was a murder trial, and I had documented unequivocal evidence that I was innocent then Judge Cynthia Wright sentenced me to death by decapitation. In other words, she made her own rules and paid no attention to the facts of the case. Let me explain…
My case was for a child support modification hearing. Since my final divorce decree was finalized, my income went down 40%. My total out of pocket expenses for child support, alimony, health insurance and 60% of the out of pocket medical expenses were running $3,800 per month. My take home pay went from $6,400 per month down to $4,000. In other words, after I paid all my obligations I was left with $200 a month.
Opposing council's argument for not modifying my child support was that my alimony was going down $600 a month as of the first of the month as well as a $320 reduction in the family health insurance. So I'm supposed to live on $1,100 a month? Please, my rent and car payment equal that.
According to my attorney, this was an easy case based on a 40% reduction in my income. I lost $2,400 in take home income and Judge Cynthia Wright's famous last words were, "A deals a deal, and I'm not modifying this agreement."
What kind of judge do we have representing the people of the Fulton County Family Court System? Cynthia Wright made a bias decision based on her own agenda. The facts of the case had no relevance on her decision. The mandated guidelines for child support in the state of Georgia obviously mean nothing when it comes to Cynthia Wright.
Cynthia Wright has no right to represent the people of Fulton County; or any county for that matter. She is a HORRIBLE judge by all standards and needs to be removed from her chair in the Fulton County Family Court House.

Judge Wright has a marked bias against fathers/husbands. Georgia law allows juries for most functions of family court. I would strongly recommend that any males DEMAND A JURY if Judge Wright is your judge. You will get a fairer shake from a jury than from Judge Wright. She lets her personal feminist/lesbian agenda affect her decisions.

I appeared before Judge Wright due to continual litigation by my exwife. Finally came down to a trial due to 1. my exwifes refusal to let me see my children. 2. exwifes refusal to mediate. 3. evaluation by Dr. Elizabeth King.
During this 3 day trial, i was introduced to a world i could never imagine existed. Beyond the scope of what was said about me, my exwife used our son as simple collateral to take away my rights. The closing arguments by ex wifes attorney started w/ the statement that he was going to be like the Columbine and VA Tech killers. I was astonished, and remain so.
The only question Judge wright asked me was if i asked their mother if it was alright that they ride dirt bikes... My exwife had done everything in her power to limit my time with my children since our divorce. How did that make me feel?
During this 3 day trial Judge Wright continually said that we had to hurry, get it over with. No consideration to anyones schedule, my witnesses schedule, etc.

Cynthia Wright is a radical feminist who is using her position to impose her radical views upon the citizens of Georgia. It is publicly documented that she is a lesbian. The Fulton County family court psychologist is also a lesbian hired by Wright. In 2002, Wright was actually shot by her lesbian lover. Check the Atlanta Journal archives for that story. She hired a public relations firm to try and cover the story but the truth came out. I have personally been witness to multiple cases that were judged by Wright and it is clear to me she is completely biased against men in divorce cases. I have seen men who were fine fathers and completely beyond reproach treated like they meant nothing to their children. Go and witness a family law case for yourself and report back here.
