This judge needs to get off the bench ....especially if she does not make corrected measures expeditiously. She has given full custody of a minor child to a convicted felon after he has perjured and aided in a wrongful conviction to his ex-wife in order for him to gain custody and not pay child support.

Judge Joan E. Young, Judge Cheryl Matthews, Judge Martha Anderson, Judge Barry Grant and Judge James Alexander in particular favor $ and false PPOs and child abduction to benefit the State. A family last year foreclosed on their house due to do the legal bills run up. Judges don't care if the legal bills drive Oakland family residents out of their homes or they lose their jobs with protracted court hearings. The only people who benefit are the Judges and lawyers no one else. Except Title IV Services as they get money from every child support order. So that is why all Oakland County Judges maximize the Child Support payments so each "payer" pays 20% of their net income to fill the pockets of Friend of Court staff and all the revenue generating projects the State of Michigan can fund with these Titlo IV D incentive payments. Simple the more child support extrorted from parents (whoever has the highest income) the more the State players benefit not Michigan's children. Wake Up Oakland County and protest what is happening to your lives and your hard earned money. Child support originally was to help the lower class children now it has turned into middle class extortion. The reality is most lower class children never get child support as it is truly uncollectable as the parent is either unemployed or poorer than the parent requesting support. So the US turned it into a middle class scam as they do not get federal funds from uncollectable lower class payments but increased monetary incentives from middle class child support payments that fund State road projects, etc and countless "child support services and custody services" useless for the most part but serve to employ lots of counselors and court staff. So it is the middle class who now can least afford it that are paying for this corrupt "child support" system designed to increase State revenue. That is why no attorney recommends their clients to Opt Out of Friend of Court Services or Title IV D services as money is then lost. There is huge money for the state for opening Title IV D cases none when parents decide to not use the corrupt system. It would be best for taxpayers to fund those children that do need extra money as the system intended instead of this CHILD SUPPORT WELFARE that has been created. I want all children to succeed and I would prefer my taxpayer money to benefit those childeen who need it and we abolish current child support, foster care, adoption and all Title IV D incentives. Let us CLEAN UP this GOVERNMENT SPONSORED ORGANIZED CRIME AGAINST YOU THE TAXPAYER.

This person is the most horible example of a judge that I have ever seen.  She is not a judge but a GANSTER playing games with families.  SHE IS 100 percent biased in favor of the DHS, CPS, Prosecution and County/State interests.  She is impoverishing my family, has no sense of respect, fairness or imparitality.  She is a prosecutor with a robe.  They are making summary character judgements of myself based on the LIES of so-called witnesses.  A lying cop, A TOTALLY lying DHS worker NAMED JEFF SIMON and the testimony of a drunk and a delinquent who made allegations against me in order to get police pressure off of themselves.

I concurr to your message because she did me the same way, and I am a woman. That Judge will haveto answer to God someday for treating good people so wrongfully. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU....SHE IS THE DISHONORABLE JUDGE CHERYL MATTHEWS. And she calls in Pam to help her with her dirty work.

Simply because someone has a felony does not mean that they are a bad parent or that the pose a threat to their kid.  Alot of people make mistakes but move on and never engage in this again.  It simply depends on what the person did.  There are million of felons and certaily the vast majority should have their kids

Many felon can be good parents especially if their paradigm has change and has had psychotherapy; however if the felon still has the capacity and mentality of a felon, then eventually the future can be very damaging to someone elses' lives including a minor child, which in this case, the convicted felon became very cynical and clever in his next crime and use two women to do his dirty work, and now is teaching his seven year old daughter how to lie and be cynical, too and disparaging the other parent (the child's mother) to break the bond her biological mother and the child has, and for the child to console with her step-mother, the woman that tried to kill the child and killed the child's twin while she was being formed in the womb. And Cheryl Matthews grants custody to someone like this without getting the full facts, and listening to a family court counselor that has no clue what is going on. He, the family counselor, listening to a referee again that has no clue and brought the two women (mentioned previously in this message) in a referee court room to testify more lies about something that never happen and they created for the sake of getting custody taken away from the mother, and the child is currently being victimized in domestic violence....It is through the Grace of God that is protecting the minor child, and will be restoring the child back to her biological mother. I just pray and hope that this Judge don't make the same mistake twice, and learn from her mistakes and restore the child back to her biological mom as soon as possible.  Everything mentioned is the absolute truth....Judges need to realized that if something is not completely clear and convincing, and if there is a tiny little doubt, then it needs to be investigated and nothing should be ruled. 

CM is a Gorcyca crony, so the abusive, anti-family behavior comes as no surprise.  Our system is totally biased against fathers and mothers and in favor of liars.  Remember the Wendrow case, where they used "facilitated communication" to screw over the entire family? These  Oakland County Republicans belong in the Dark Ages.

She is evil and needs to be investegated for wat she is doing.. she doesn't care about familes or kids.all she cares about getting money and ruining lives.
