Changes are afoot in San Diego County , I learned at a retirement party for Judge Howatt, Presiding Judge of Family Courts, that the District Attorney Bonnie Dumias along with a State Senator Dennis Hollingsworth have collectively agreed to aid families that have been victims of perjury in the Family Court System. Seems the timing is right with the retirement of
Judge Howatt and if there is any political fallout it will fall on Judge Howatt shoulders as he will not be around to answer for the deeds.
This type of action could strongly support the appointment of the New Presiding Family Courts Judge David B. Olberholtzer and the first woman Chief of Investigation Paula Robinson (1), who is just coming off of a successful investigation related to mothers utilizing children for profit in a Child Care Fraud Scheme (2). This could create some sense of forward progress in the Family Courts in San Diego County and also be used to gain even more attention and for the development of the East County Family Justice Center which was just announced in a press release (3) . . This will also bring favorable attention to Sheriff Kolender and Supervisor Diane Jacob. For those of you that don't know Dumanis used to be a Judge also in San Diego.
Besides the D.A's personal detest for a liar it seems the child of a political whale has fallen victim to a lying spouse. The whale was further outraged by this as the attorney pointed out there has not been a prosecution for Perjury related to a domestic case in decades. This whales child was a victim of a planned and executed perjury and believes that its about time to influence the process but does not want to gain any publicity to his child's case. Along the way they believe they may implicate a few attorneys that have frustrated the system by encouraging false testimony knowing that Perjury has not been prosecuted for years and that the use of sanctions has largely been ignored.
Of course they will not be taking a HE said SHE said case regarding a child where the authorities were not involved nor do they want to put a mother or father in jail. I heard they may clean a few highway off ramps for several weekends or be fined to high heaven with a request to the Judge for sanctions in the Civil Divorce case.
For those of you that are reading this with excitement prepare your paperwork and get ready to send it. Timing is always important and staff considerations for any public official are considered, for this reason I say start sending in your case information regarding perjury to these two helpful politicians just after Christmas. It is my understanding this could generate some action as early as Feb or March.
If you don't personally have a case that involves an easily proven perjury write to them and tell them lying in court social ill that needs to be corrected and your glad you voted for them. Also it is rumored that Duncan Hunter a long time but publicly silent advocate of Family Court Reform is also interested and wants to know how he can help but the perjury would have to involve a federally controlled issue like banking or taxes to get the U.S. Attorney involved.
I suggest that you send a copy of this post along with your letter, share this with your attorney ask him to also write to Bonnie Dumanis on the issue of Perjury in Family Courts and that he is supportive of the truth over lies. All of this does no more than lend support to the truth, the keystone of our judicial system.
Mention this site to your friends and family members and post your comments. All of this will help with Stopping the Lying in Family Court.
Lying hurts our children by the needless separation from one parent over the other and costs millions of dollars to the local economy and taxes the Judicial System we all pay for.

This DA is for real, she wants what is best for her community. Tell her thank you for taking this approach.. and don't forget Dennis Hollingsworth he is tried of being in a position where he can not help. This is his last term in office as is proven at his site. (5) This could be the springboard to other things for Hollingsworth with a Law and Order platform, what a concept a politician that hates lying and want to protect the children.

We had an agreement on financials. I wanted him to be a part of the childrens lives. We agreed on 1/2 custody. He waited until after Family Court Services on 4-27-06 and filed a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. He alleged I broke a raw egg on his pillow and when he asked me about it I called him an egghead. He additionally alleged that I did not live in the home. There was no police report taken to accompany the Motion. The Judge granted the temporary order. Upon the hearing the Judge was in a hurry. He mentioned twice that we were going to leave at 4:30 and sorry he had to cut it short. I never even had an opportunity to speak. There was clear evidence and documentation that the accusations were false. He would not order a move out. He would not give me access to our motorhome as I had requested so I would have a place to live. He told us to work out getting my personal effects in the hallway. Of course I still haven't received a thing since the temporary order on 05-09-2006. He continued to make all kinds of false accusations in an attempt to have me incarcerated. Credit Card Fraud, Embezzlement, Drug Use but mosty for violations of the Restraining Order. I believe there are over 14 accusations. In the Court papers on the UCCJEA he alleges I moved out of the home on December 25, 2005 but later told me in a recorded conversation that his lawyer had put that date in. Then he said Feb, March, April and finally in June 29, 2006 on page three of the police report he had told the officer I had moved out "last month" with the report having been taken June 22, 2006. Things were coming down to the wire here so he had his girlfriend make an accusation against me. She and Thomas coordinated efforts. I believe they established erronously that I was home alone via cell phone immediately before she called 911. The transponders should reflect upper Alpine for one and Harbison Cyn/Alpine for the other. But I wasnt home, my car was there with the windows open, my office light was on. I have alibi's and was enjoying a BBQ at friends. They incarcerated me having established my whereabouts. His girlfriend, Michele Walter, told the Criminal Judge 3 times now that they are not having a personal relationship for whatever reason but they are and our community of friends can verify that x 10. While I was incarcerated he ex parte'd custody w/ supervised visits only and now is dragging his feet to sign up for intake. Of course the order says child support suspended. He is somewhere around $4000 behind on $465 monthly child support. He had the daycare operators whom he removed our daughter from El Cajon School District Pre-K to attend their daycare, write a declaration of alleged child abuse on my behalf while I was visiting the children at daycare during his 50% custodial time. The licensing agency received no notice per requirements and no police reports were taken.
Injuries & Damages:
The children are suffering and no doubt worried. Emotionally & financially I have been under total duress. Too much injury and damage to list.
Results/Conclusion:
All this information is available. I will substantiat all this in WRITTEN documentation. Plenty of the lies are clear right there in the file. Family law and criminal reports conflict. The children (ages 5 & 7) are confused and act out in daycare and school. They have not been able to contact me for almost a full month now. All my personal belonging were disposed of. My home based business came to a direct halt. Getting a job in my industry was impossible with a DV on my history. I lost visitation with my children. I had to use rent money for bail, lost a new job and now am facing, criminal trial, custody mediation and family trial all within a 30 day period Having been rendered homeless, jobless and without money. My credit is ruined. The DVRO was his license to abuse. I have been stalked, beaten, mentally terrorized and more. The children are the true victims to his lies.

William Blatchley. I have researched this attorney and the majority of his cases go to long trial, last longer then 2 years and devestate the family. He represented Thomas' sister, Nancy Fournier (previous married name: Evans), in her own divorce trial on 5-9-1985. Her daughter, Avalon, never really was able to have a relationship with her father. This is her 4th that I am aware of that she participated in. The allegations are the same, the pattern the same. Most attorneys do not want to take on a case with Blatchley opposing becuase they know the outcome for both parties and thier children will be bleak. He is known for his high conflict tactics.

Ok So we have a female DA in search of the truth but what gender is that political whale ? Perjury in the court goes both ways, men and women. It would be a fantastic thing if we were not discriminating here. I would like to see everyone protected men, women and children not just the well off or politically connected.

What a strange observation, a woman would not prosecute a woman. Did you not read Bonnie's linked press release in this conversation where she just arrested and charged several woman in a child care fraud. I think this woman woman is on to something real by returning to the idea "PEOPLE" should be afraid of lying in court. San Diego is not Conta Costa County we don't have the same D.A. I can understand being upset with the courts but to think that no one understands what is going on is just not correct. Apathy is in fact a lot of work, would it not be better to support someone that wants to help... Plus did you not see Senator Hollingsworth is in some capasity involved, let me tell you Senator Hollingsworth is a "MAN". So if you can not support a woman Support Senator Hollingsworht. Hopefully you understand this logic and put any sexist arguement behind you. I for one love woman my mother's a woman so is my sister and grandmother and my aunts and my wife to be and my District Attorney.

Reading about the Commission for Judicial Preformance's removal of the California judge for lying on her election forms could be some of the logic to change the status quo, regarding the use of the Perjury Charge in Family Court. See Judge Hall from Santa Maria, Ca. she just got booted for lying among other things but the lying seemed to be the final kicker. Lots of judges drive drunk and don't lose their job. Need some good reading start at Commission for Judicial Preformance in Ca.
An additional possibley important observation is there is a new Attorney General in Ca. All politicans want to still the pot a little why not take down someone easy, someone who deserves it, as an example a liar in Family Court. How hard to you have to shop to find easy cases that will plead , result in fines and gain badly needed support for a failing Judicary. After all Judge Hall in Ca. sat on the bench for about 4 years past the time she committed the actions that lead to her removal. That in it self says quite a bit about the system. Why was she not counting parking tickets. Why would attorneys let her hear their clients cases. What happened to Judicial Challenges. On yea that was one of other things Judge Hall did she insisted that she be informed why she was being challanged... that was wrong.

I do not live in San Diego but when I read this about your DA, I thought, How proud you must be of your Bonnie. Hopefully this will draw some national attention to her and we will see change in FC throughout the nation. maybe 60 minutes or 20/20 should know about this. we all need someone like Bonnie, she has my vote, Governor Bonnie Dumias, sounds pretty good

Does it really matter who takes the initiative? "NO" not in my opinion. What does matter is that BAD JUDGES, BAD POLITITIANS be removed from office and prosecuted for treason against the UNITE STATES CONSTITUTION which ALL LAWS are based upon there is 1 LAW for all not a few.
I hope that this individual really stands up and takes action against these criminals. What a shame, there are so many good, hard working and honest judges and because of these GOD like individuals (bad judges) the good ones get a bad name. If I where a judge and a colleague of mine was committing these acts against people I would be outraged.
Please keep fighting they are going to have to listen......... Remember when it comes time to vote, vote wisely go to the debates, if you know that a judge committed a crime, stand up when it comes time for questions and ask him/her about the criminal activities that they committed, trust me they will loose, it happened here, we got judge Wroble out and kept other bad attorneys out as well.....
What I hate the most, specially her in the State of Florida, is that people give excuses for judges, they state "Judges discretion" I say within the LAW never outside the LAW. During FACTS (Families Against Courts Travesties) protest in front of the 4th DCA, 1 of the judges came outside to find out why we where protesting, we spoke our minds and this was 1 of his comments "that judges in this State has too much discretion" that is when I stated that it is within the LAW and he agreed.

The abuse of discretion in the courts has lead to a call by the public to return the truth. It seems these two elected officicals are getting proactive. But the real move may be coming from the Judges. There is a federal law titled mis prison of a felony. It requires that a felony be reported. There is no exclusion for a Family Law Judge, in fact Family Law Judges are Judges equal in stature to all other Judges. They are not only officers of the court they are the law, not the law as they make it but as it is written.
If the Judge does not report the Felony they have not even attempted to protect the victum of the Perjury, and it is easily argued that they are working in concert with the Felon and is thus bias against the victum. Any proven bias is reason to set aside any ruling or order issued by the Judge. Due Process has been violated, meaning you start all over with a new judge.
As the access to information throught forums like this expands you can expect that legal crafting will come from a resourseful group of very dis satistied parents and their attonreys as they have nothing to lose. The parents have had taken from them what they value most, access to their children. This access in many siturations is based upon a lie that is later proven false with no cost to the felon that lied to the Judge.
This is a win win for the politicans, the litigants, the judges and the childern. In consideration to the way opening statement a benifit to the Highway system. Send those cards and letters.

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
So would a Judge be duty bound to report Bank Fraud, Income Tax Fraud and any other federal crimes if discovered in the course of a Family Court proceeding including all issues that the Federal Goverment has regulated relative to Child Custody ect?....
