When I divorced in Boulder, Judge Balin removed my daughter to a foreign country within 17 days. I asked for a continuance because I did not have a lawyer. She did not grant me a conintuance. My ex faked a medical condition. Balin asked for no proof of a medical emergency.. There were no signs of a medical condition and it was later proven that she was lying. This was few years ago and I still have not recovered. If you publish my email address, I do not want this to be posted. I do not trust the Boulder Justice system. If the Daily Camera had any courage they would look into divorce in Boulder. There are countless abuses especially against father's. I would also give you more details, but like I said, I am afraid. You would be shocked to know.
