Bitching will get you nowhere. The State court will not do anything about this. The commission on Judicial Performance will not do anything about this. Your Attorney is an officer of the court and will not go against the system they work for.

      I believe that you are "The gate to parental freedom for these people".  However I also believe that there are "Unfit Parents out there" who need intervention through some form of "Protection FOR their Children"-- Case in POINT-- Go to the Nevada Appeal Newspaper WEB SITE on SEPTEMBER 13th.2006' FRONT PAGE,and read about the very Sick, and UNJUST treatment of two Carson City Children, by "All Three Adults" with the "FULL INTENT" to absolutely abuse them for the last {FIVE YEARS"!}    NO QUESTION it was INTENT on the part of all three in my opinion.

      It is my "Personal belief" that all three of these adults should face the "Death Penalty" and Nothing less!

      I want to read the responces from all of the people on this site who face child costody and family court issues.   Not all Parents are INNOCENT of abuses. And just because one parent can scream louder than another parent, does NOT make that parent a better/safer parent for the Child/children.  I have first hand knolege of that.

   Anyway, today was a vindication day for Tonja Brown and myself, and many other Nevada victims as we opened our Wednesday NEVADA APPEAL NEWSPAPER-- to page A-4 and saw an article about California Law Officials "INVESTIGATING- with FEDERAL investigators" Our Nevada law officials!  That's great!

   Now if we could just get the Texas Officials to Investigate California Law Officials, then you guys would also get some kind of attention brought to Jasanna, and her dirty Spinetta Pals!

   The L.A. TIMES is the one who "Broke this particular story" today!  It was first broken a few months back, as Brendan Reilly of the Associated Press did the first story about our Nevada Judges!

   See!  This is what I have been talking about to you guys!  Call the Associated Press, and the L.A. TIMES and tell them all about your "Nighmares" just like we have !

Each and every victim needs to write thier state's Governer.in September.  I will write Arnold in Californa a letter in September demanding he address this broken judicial system. THEN if he doesn't respond then each and every one of us needs to get a civil harrassment restraining order in October in recognition of Violence Awareness month. Something like this.

            Arnold Swartznegger is allowing me to be abused. He refuses to take a stand on my behalf. We voted him in office with his promise to look after our best interests.  Yet my plea’s have gone unanswered. I’m afraid if he is allowed to continue ignoring the problem our children will continue to suffer terrible emotional and physical abuses. I am afraid all the time. He is ignoring the fact that I have been deprived of my children, civil rights and properties. I will be in fear for my life and my children’s life if this restraining order is not granted.

So if 100 people per state go after thier governer's and only 10 are granted then I think we will have accomplished a lot.

How can they ignore becoming victims of the problem?
