NEPOTISM AND CRONYISM DEFINE MICHIGANS JUDICIAL TENURE COMMISSION ! ! !

JTC structured to protect Oakland and Wayne County Judges.
Why are ALL members of the JTC from only 2 of Michigan's counties, and three are from the same courthouse plus the former president of the Oakland County Bar Association?

No surprise.  Look at the Judicial Tenure Commission.  The MAJORITY are from Oakland County and the others are ALL from Wayne County.

Oakland Judges Barry Grant and Daughter Nanci Grant are on the commission, however Barry is now retired, and apparently replaced by Oakland judge Eugene Moore.  Also, there is the former President of the Oakland Bar Association, Thomas Ryan.

Per a google search, Marja Winters is with the Detroit NAACP chapter.

Per a google search, Ronald F. Rose is with the State of Michigan, Department of Labor and Economic Growth,  Utility Consumer participation Board.  Per the Michigan Bar member search, there is a R. Francis Rose who has resigned from the Michigan Bar.

It is what it is, people don't make this up.

Did you see the Ch 4 video of Judge Linda Hallmark?

When will the Michigan Supreme Court start overseeing the lower courts, that is their constitutional duty?

Michigan courts are a scam to benefit lawyers and judges under the table.

Nicoletti,  Why don't you do us all a huge favor and jump off a cliff.   What do you do all day besides stalk your ex-clients?  Oh yeah, you rip off your clients, rob banks and bribe judges.  That's some life.

Re: MORE ! ! !Re: MICHIGAN - more complaints than any other state / OAKLAND COUNTY under Chief Judge Wendy Potts more complaints than any COURT IN THE U.S.A. ! ! ! !

This morning on the Morning Joe show a discussion was held on the state of the courts. One participant stated if the mass knew the corruption in the local state courtrooms, there would be a revolution. Maybe there should be. They are all corrupt from workers comp up to the supreme court, with Oakland courts taking the lead. Granholm has not done anything to curtail this and should not get the job as a U.S. Supreme court justice. She hasn't done anything to prove she can handle the laws on the state level. Why reward her incompetence at the highest level in the land? Let her return as another incompetent attorney and work for a living like the rest of us.

The only thing one can glean for your idiotic comments is that you're an attorney and jealous.  Hahah.

Why don't you go back to your JTC thread and read relevant comments posted there in the last 24 hours?
