Yes I do believe that just about sums it up. County Departments of Equalizations are crooks, cheaters and liars among other things. Its the same thing going on all over the state. Property assessments unrealistically overvalued in order to keep the local governments, county, township and cities in the cash. Despite the supposed hard economic times, I still don 't see many local governments, if any, downsizing or taking cuts. They are the ultimate taxing machines.
