Complaint filed with the Commission on Judicial Discipline
Colorado's judicial discipline scheme is a cruel joke; Potemkin's villages were more substantive. Judges regard it as a paper tiger, for compelling reasons.
Attached is my complaint, which was submitted largely to show that the Commission was a joke.

WOW!!! This IS an outstanding piece of work!!!! Very Well Done. This is without a doubt the best post I've seen on this forum to date. Good luck to you, Sir! My hat's off to you. Please keep the readers of this forum informed of your efforts to illuminate injustices, incompetence and bias committed by the judicary.
Re: Judges who Bully!! Follow Current JTC Investigation of Judge NN Ingham Cty
I contacted FRONTLINE, a public television program that produces well written documentaries on issues of national concern. I urged them to consider the topic of judicial corruption for a future broadcast. I explained, briefly, the deterioration of our judiciary, citing specific examples such as the Luzerne County cash-for-kids tragedy, etc. They seem interested. Ergo, why not do the same thing? Outline your story, succinctly and respectively and forward it to them. Who knows? They just may decide to take a closer look. If they do, we know what they will find and this might be sufficient to get the ball rolling toward reform.
Additionally, consider sending copies of your Complaints of Misconduct to various media outlets and to the President and/or other elected officials. If a top notch lawyer or university law school department would like to offer legal assistance to challenge the miserable state of our our court system, please post your willingness. A class action to sanctify our courts? One never knows!
