Carol Kartagener in Court Before the Hon. Charles Burton totally NOT prepared, inept, incompetent, lacking complete knowledge of family law, wrong documents and so on. A pattern of continued LIES and MISREPRESENTATIONS to the Court - over & over AGAIN....
Husbands attorney JOEL M. WEISSMAN was outstanding, brilliant complete knowledge of the law and professional. Weissman brought Kartagener to her knees.... This "EVIL" lady was lost -- Clueless - her Assistant "ALAN" was snoring and burping in the Court room ---- A disgrace - Representing the Weiss & Handler firm at its best!
During the trial the Husband under questioning by Kartagener disclosed the "RELATIONSHIP" he discovered between Kartagener and Roderman. (see Nolan v. Nolan) and more.......... both professionally and "other"............ HELLO.........
Kartagener ran out of the court room and fled to the ladies room with her client in tow - crying and screaming... laying on the bathroom floor kicking away... One can only conclude that Kartagener is GUILTY..... CORRUPTION, CASE FIXING, FRAUD & MALPRACTICE - along with Mgr. Partner HENRY HANDLER..... Kartagener did NOT act alone..... Handler was pulling the strings....
LEWIS KASMAN was correct ALL along about HANDLER, KARTAGENER, RODERMAN & COLIN..... Get the transcripts....
Finally, EILEEN KASMAN witnessed all this and listened to ALL testimony - saw Kartagener not prepared --- caught in each lie and misrep she spoke by WEISSMAN...
Mrs. Kasman will persue a MALPRACTICE AND BAR COMPLAINTS AGAINST HANDLER & KARTAGENER.... LONG OVER DUE....
