This RED STATE WARRIOR, the (Dis)honorable Fred AVERA comes off in court as the biased Facist person he is. There is NO CHANCE of a fair court with Mr. Avera. His out-dated views and his constant spewing of hate-filled diatribes while sitting on the bench towards HIS BOSS, the Atty. General is mind-numbing!
Old ideas and harsh sentences rule the roost in his little shut-off-from-free-thinkers world. He is absolutlely OBSOLETE, and should retire to his ultra-conservative life, in a little home next to G.W. Bush.
Judge Avera is a DISGRACE, and a liabilty to a moving modern country. Dead weight at the taxpayers expense.
