Revolution in Michigan!

Why is that Kent and Macomb Counties have the majority of complaints posted here? Well, it's because those are the two "Problem Child" Counties in Michigan where "Corruption runs rampant"!

When is Attorney General Mike Cox and Master of the Judicial Tenure Commission Paul Fischer  going to take responsibility and do something about all of this?

Well, here is the answer that I received last week from the Attorney General's Office and I quote: "A complaint against a Judge falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Judicial tenure Commission". The other five answers I have received from the "Master Paul Fischer" have said the same thing (Form Letter). "We found no wrongdoing".

It's time to overwhelm these people with phone calls, e-mails, complaint letters, and media coverage (in Grand Rapids the Media refuses to cover any of this, so send the Editor's letters and e-mails, call them) and what ever means you have. Send e-mails to www.change.org. Our new President claims he wants change, so let him know (I sent three e-mails and never received a reply, but keep trying).

It's time for a "Revolution in Michigan"! Force the likes of Cox and Fischer to remove these Judges that are out of control and destroying families.

Re: Revolution in Michigan!

Well, once again I have gone to Attorney General Cox and the Michigan State Police with the "You need to go here....you need to go there round around answers being provided! Never any help!

Here is the only answer left. Take the law into your own hands and take a chance.....they will get involved then! Don't waste your time talking with these people, believe me...they could care less. Mike Cox is more interested in his "Political Future" than the Citizens of Michigan!

Good luck!

Mister Cox's office was sent several requests to investigate a school district( destruction of teacher complaints and possible misuse of a government card being used for personal dinners at upscale restaurants tota;ing thousands maybe more) Crickets. I find almost every office useless including the state board of Education. Eric Smith ignored a Huge OMA violation by the same school board. Corruption abounds here or is my imagination? 2 huge cases of Fraud and embezzelemnt went on under this same school ; Employees of the district have alluded to something going on.

Re: Revolution in Michigan!

What Cox told you is correct - he has no power unless it is a criminal matter.   Oversight of the AGC and JTC is the MSC.   There is a procedure in MCR for filing a complaint against a staff member of the AGC.  There probably is a similar procedure to file against a staff member of JTC.  (This proecedure  is the only way you can get MSC to look at it .  There is no chance that anyone will listen to you if you don't follow the procedure. If you don't know the procedure than call MSC Clerk and inquire.
