She didn't get moved. She requested a transfer to be closer to home. There is no negative spin applicable to this.

Sure. And Friedenthal moved to traffic court to try to curb the "stalking" by "crazy litigants". It had nothing to do at all with his propensity for engaging in ex parte communications and independant investigation of cases he presided over.
So, don't make me wait til the courts are open. Though I will verify. What is the new assignment for Padilla? Parking violations section?

Re: Padilla moved
The new assisgnment is family law. Padilla is well respected and one of the most beloved jurists in the county. You people have nothing better to do than to create drama and spin the truth as you attempt to deflect the misery of your own lives. Padilla requested the transfer to be closer to home and not spend hours of her day on the freeway. Hmmmm. quality of life...you could all take a lesson. Don't pride yourselves...none of you "crazy litigants" possess the power, the strength or the ability to make a difference in Padilla's life or any other jurist's life. Get over yourselves....you are pathetic bottom feeders. .

Like the type who says "oh, that loser is getting a divorce. We should charge $250 per hour plus bribes to place their little brats with the seediest pedophiles and abusers we can find. Then we'll charge the mom $100 per hour to spend time with the snot nosed kid who obviously needs a shrink. Hey, get Lisa Hacker to charge $300 per hour to find out why the crybaby throws such a tantrum when she has to go to the pedophiles house.
Oh, maybe Friedie can send a few kids to an out-of-state school for $8000 per month. We did buy stock in that out of state school, didn't we?
Or take the kids from the parents and sell them to foster care. Five acres makes a pretty penny for each kid we can shoot their way, and Steff doesn't need to report the income she gets from five acres, because it is a government funded program.
It is too bad if the administration did not move Ms. Padilla out of family law. She should not be able to destroy lives as she does.

Re: Padilla moved
Learned individuals can spot consumed freakazoids when they cross our paths. Your views are marred by hatred as well as a pervasive unwillingness to accept responsibility for your own pathetic lives. Go ahead and spew your venom like coiled snakes. Not one of you has the wherewithall or prowess to withstand the scrutiny of individuals that actually bring something to the table while making a positive difference this world.

Re: Padilla moved
Can you think of anything more pathetic than being married to Alan Friedenthal? Oh, wait, I mean being the dearly departed wife of the widower AHFBroadway?
(There is no threat there. I am referring to the dating website on which AHFBroadway advertised himself as a widower. Coincidentally enough, Alan Friedenthal's email address is the same as that listed on the website. Tacky.)
